Cannot access the game

in Bugs and Known Issues
Almost about two days that I cannot enter the game, and the loading spins without stopping. Really bad, I'm trying to contact Kabam and they really have a bad or the worst service because I tried to sent several messages and keeps getting errors.

    Yes I still have problems getting into the game, I don’t understand why they don’t leave a phone number to contact Kabam customer service.. Three days already without accessing the game...
