Could you please share more information about what you are seeing? Are you looking at the Resource Summary page, which shows your total of Dark Artifacts? Or are you looking at the Special Crystals screen where you would purchase a Crystal, which shows you the "Insufficient Funds" message with the number of Dark Artifacts that you lack to purchase the item?
