How to reset my account?

I started playing along time ago (when the first Deadpool event happened) and I started playing again but I want to reset my account and start from 0, how can I do that?

Unfortunately you would not be able to reset your account. However if you are wanting a fresh start, you can create a new Marvel Contest Of Champions account.
