Not getting units

Hi I’m just got 15 units from a areana crystal and did not gain any units can someone tell me what happened?

    Hey Shadowpup13, I'm sorry to hear these Units weren't automatically reflected in your Unit balance. Please perform a force restart of the game and check for them once more.

    If force restarting the app doesn't cause them to appear in your account, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance.
