Perhaps it's time to consider a legitimate Kabam account transfer marketplace

I've seen people selling their accounts in various places since I started playing almost years ago now. With the recent crackdown on this being a violation of the ToS perhaps it is time to implement a legitimate way for players to gracefully exit the game, while seeing their creations continue on. Not to mention allowing them to get a little something back for all the time, effort, and actual cash spent. Obviously there would need to be some strict rules in place for this to work properly. Both parties involved would have to confirm everything via said marketplace. PayPal only. Kabam would also make a certain percentage for providing said service. In the exchange, Kabam would officially change the e-mail address and password associated with the account in question to prevent the buyer from getting burned. They could also learn the IP addresses the buyer frequents during the sale and this would also assist in monitoring that a player doesn't engage in allowing someone to pilot the account down the road. Transfer process would not begin until payment is confirmed received via PayPal, so the seller is also protected from any funny business. Once the payment is confirmed, Kabam would also lock the account out for 7 days to ensure proper swaps (no chance of someone logging in and trying to nuke the account, stranger things have happened after all.) All resources and champions would be logged so the buyer knows EXACTLY what they're buying. As to how one would put a price tag on their account is solely up to the seller and buyer to negotiate. I know this likely will not happen. I'm gonna guess this MAY have been suggested in the past too. However, considering the current state of things, now would be an ideal time to really contemplate such an idea. I'm sure there's other ways I haven't thought of that would make this safer, and beneficial to all involved, including Kabam. Anyone else agree with this??
PS - I still don't think champion trading or selling is a good idea though. Ownership of an account in its entirety however should be able to be transferred, provided Kabam monitors the transfer. It's the only way it could work without violation of the ToS, all the while maintaining the safety of all parties involved. Personally, this is not something I would do even if it were made legitimate. I enjoy building on my own. However, there would appear to be a market for it already in existence, so why not capitalize on it and assist the players in making such occur? Unless there's something I'm missing here.
