A visual issue with aq scoring percentage??? [Merged Threads] [Under Investigation]

We ran a mix of map 5 and 6 for the past 2 days and we 100% all bgs but when u look at the history it shows we didn't hit 100%

    AQ season 5 started and my alliance chose map 5 for Bg1 & Bg2 and map 4 for Bg3 for the FIRST day.

    We explored 100% all Bgs. A day later, I go into AQ history and see that it shows Bg3 only explored 70% (which is false)

    Not sure if this affects the actual score, but clearly the % is wrong. Can someone verify?

    I'm surprised there's not more posts of this in the forums. We had the issue as well. 100% in all maps, history has us at 77% explored, only 1 group at 100%. Others are at 70 and 58 percent. @Kabam Miike any word on this? Is this going to impact out placement at the end of the AQ week?

    Doesn't seem to affect the actual AQ points, just a very distracting visual problem. Running Maps 544, and both BG1 (map-5) and BG2 (map-4) get full 100% explore. In History later on it shows BG2 at only 70%. What's odd is that is not even the proper difference in points between maps 5 and 4 (think that % works out to 63%, so I could understand if it showed 63% for BG2), but no clue why it would show 70%.
    Frustrating part is when a group did NOT fully explore, there is really no way to comprehend exactly how far away they were from finishing.

    Our alliance having problem with alliance quest results. We did 100% exploration for last 2 alliance quest but at result it's showing only 66%. Its the major bug that we are facing. And its not fair for us, because we are playing so hard, but not getting rewards for our work. Our alliance tag is 'ronsw' please check it for yourself..

    Same thing happened to us and they said it’s a visual glitch. Completed the same as week prior and dropped about 100 spots contacted them again and their response was other alliances did better. So good luck might as well accept it along with all the other problems in game that are ignored.

    ** Running Map-5 and Map-4 in different groups on same day, both got 100% clear. But afterwards in history the Map-4 group shows only 70% explore.
    Points and rewards are all correct, but visual % calculation being wrong is hard to tell the correct % explore for a group that was not 100% (ie, a map-4 might be somewhere between 50% and 70%, but we shouldn't have to domin our head a further division by 70% max in order to figure out how far they really got.
    2 Game Updates in October, and this bug is still present from September.

    This has been fixed in the 21.0 game update!
