Signature Ability Missing!

I just noticed today that my 4 star stark enhanced Spiderman does not have his signature Ability awakened. I distinctly remember opening a four star hero Crystal and being disappointed because I got another spiderman instead of a new champion. But I see that his ability isn't awakened. Can someone please help?

    Hey there @Etjama, our support team would be the best equipped to look into you this for you. You can reach them from within the game by clicking the gear icon in the top-left corner of the home screen and then scrolling down to the "Support" button. You can also reach them here. If you can let them know when you remember opening up that other 4-star Spider-Man, they can look into this more for you.
