I had the exact same black screen o’ death. And I also “won” though I know I lost, it was the third fight, and I had the worse matchup and got whupped, then that screen came up and…win. Feel bad for the other guy.

Overall…it grew on me, it did. 34 matches, ignoring glitched matches I “won” due to the glitch, probably batted about .500 - felt good, some losses made me groan, others made me laugh, same with the wins. I can dig it.

Played some more rounds today…sadly, I think the majority were “won” by me, but not really…. After the first fight ends…win, lose, or draw…the game locked in a hyper spinwheel/strobe…after force close and restart, the match is over, the fight doesn’t register in the history, but it shows I won the match. After a handful of matches, my feedback so far is: 1. 15 energy is a bit high, but if you don’t want people to grind, grind, grind it…I suppose that is a way to prevent that. 2. The deck of 30 rarely comes fully into play. Only being able to shuffle once is frustrating. I’d rather there be more time allowed for choosing,…

After multiple resets and repeating the boss fight in the Fantastic event, I lost on purpose to see what would happen if I won after that...finally considered the quest complete. Good news, they buffed the rewards! Bad news, you have to play continuously to maybe get them. ;)

They’ve stopped paying lip service to the idea of it being their top priority. The latest update states they are still considering it important and have a team on it...but the implication is it is no longer the top priority. My guess is they will get the game to some barely viable state, enough to justify continuing…

They announced a delay to AW season 3 with no timeline to start it. So their investigation, I presume, also has no sure timeline. That is all we can guess.

Yes, that was suggested a couple of days ago (don’t blame you for not combing through the post here to see that), and it helped some folks, not all. (Didn’t help me.) They’re going to have to continue to work the Kabam side and stop laying the blame on the OS. Apps conform to OS, not the other way around. :)…

It is always better to be open and honest, even in business, unless all they care about is CYA. You never want your customer to brood and grow angrier. It won’t end well. :) I have seen both methods attempted...open always leads to better results and more respect.

I have received a refund from Apple. My account is still playable (so far) even if the game is not. I just tried it with the new 11.4.1 iOS and, as predicted, no luck. After 1 arena match, my ipad is hot to the touch. Once again backing away from the app slowly, so as not to get burned. My guess is Kabam is fighting a war…

A fix is more important than compensation. BUT at this point, any compensation better be 100% free. I’m not spending in-game energy to do some other quest when that means another quest goes undone. Gold realms, etc. are just ways for us to spend. Providing they fix the game so I can play risk free. Which I am doubting at…
