I believe it's related to story progression titles i.e. to get master you need to complete act 4 and to get epic you need to complete act 5 chapter 2 (uncollected)

Just noticed this change as well, seems they were updated with the release of act 6 chapter 1 so here's hoping we will get an in-game mail giving us the rewards that where added if you have already completed/explored all the act

I think if you link your kabam account to the current account you are playing on android you can then log in with your kabam account on iOS and have the same account that you have on the android device

Usually for a featured 3* you would need over 1.3mill to be sure you get the champ while a repeat 3* champ you would need about 700k to get the champ i.e. 1-10%
