Very insightful points, thank you @Terra !!! At Rank 4, I couldn't get much of a handle of Omega Red's playstyle to put him anywhere near as effective as Domino at Rank 4... but Rank 5, a combination of unavoidable damage and sustainability is more realistically useful and dependable.

@Kenny292 Thanks Kenny, I was leaning toward Sinister as Mutant Rank-up... Mystic I narrowed to Voodoo vs. Symbiote Supreme the synergy champs may or may not be of diminished returns (I rarely use them, but may be vital in situations I have overlooked)

T4B cash-in for T5B fragments would be reasonable. more access to T2Alpha & T5B is necessary... once you complete story mode & Labyrinth, your opportunities are exceedingly limited.
