**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

VandalSavage ★★

If you can't auto-fight Act 5, then you have not really earned the title.

  • You are not the only one that feels that way. But that don't make it right or logical. Just because they are people who believe that Arabic numerals aren't real or that the Earth is flat don't make their "views" right. Do you know what the alternative to adding new enjoyable content is? Well, there are three possibilities:…
  • You should kick them out right away. This would give your alliance the best chance of not completing the map. I can see though that this could be cumbersome over time. Not only that, you could kick the wrong person out because some of us have big hulk like fingers. So you should petition, I mean demand, that Kabam make a…
  • You (allegedly) can't stop yourself from doing a medium attack so you want Kabam to do a coding change to the game so you won't be doing any unnecessary medium attacks. And with this coding change, you will suddenly have the desire to start spending some money on those deals. And somehow this is all related to having fat…
  • It means they were punished or received a warning. The next category up is suspension. It is strange, though, that they don't implement a similar system in the game itself; it is only in the forums. In the game you have to figure it out yourself if the player is suspended. So in the game, it is conceivable that an already…
  • This "draft" day is obviously not a good idea. It is just a disguise to allow players to transfer their select heroes to another specified account. A better option would be a blind auction. You make your hero available to be purchased at an auction for a specified time period. Other players bid to buy that hero for a…
  • That depends. When did it became a requirement that special attacks 1 and 2 must connect after finishing a combo?
  • At work, a supervisor was conducting interviews for a position and one of the people who applied is a worker from another section that nobody that likes. But anyway, the first couple of people who rated higher than that work said no. Rather than get a new group of people to interview, he offered the position to that worker…
  • They know this and that's why they want it. Veteran players who have been around since Dec 2014 already have a ton of 4-stars. The only people who would benefit the most from 4-star only PHCs would be new players. After all, they are demanding that the PHCs become 4-star crystals. They are already whining that "growing" is…
  • And how many of them actually did spend any money? People love to make up false stories to support their conspiracy theories. When confronted with statements that disputes their theories, they continue on to make up more stories. On Facebook recently, a meme about a certain California governor showed that he supported a…
  • As you already know, the AI in arenas, alliance wars, and alliance quests can use the always unblockable special 3 attacks (SP3s). In most quests, unless specifically noted for that particular quest, the AI is forbidden from using SP3s. The highest level it can use is SP2s. That's why you never see the AI use the…
  • That might sound reasonable but he doesn't have to do any of that. Well, except for the part of "exploring the full use of Champs more". He has to do that part. You can only bring in 3 heroes at a time. So unless he has less than 30 total heroes on his roster, more than 90% of his roster is useless anyway. This means that…
  • The real issue isn't people jumping into AW by mistake or used the wrong heroes. Not even close. Mistakes do happen but they don't occur often enough to really get under people's skin. The real issue is that people join AW in order to farm the participation rewards. They are called moochers or welfare players. Call them…
  • This isn't about nodes (or the lack of understanding about nodes). This is another individual who allegedly filed a complaint to support simply because they lost again. I won't be surprised weeks from now when everyone has forgotten about this thread that there would be another thread complaining that Kabam doesn't do…
  • Back in fall of 2016, I and many other folks were kicked out of the alliance. Only the leader and officers were untouched. I rejoined immediately and received SA rewards without any problems. I didn't join another alliance before rejoining. Didn't do any quest of any type. Didn't do a single fight in arena. I rejoined the…
  • It is against their policy to discuss player's accounts with others. Players have the right to privacy. However, it was requested that some sort of indicator be placed on a player's in-game profile to show that they had been banned or suspended. You see it here in the forums. The original purpose of the suggestion is to…
  • People have been misusing the word "unplayable" for years. They usually include conspiracy theories to help explain what they mean by "unplayable". In the past, folks claimed that issues would magically come up after 10 to 15 wins in arenas. Issues only show up in AQ or AW as if these problems were hard-coded to only show…
  • Adding to the list: 1. Prestige not high enough 2. Making room for someone else, a friend for example 3. Didn't talk to a leader or officer so you hurt their feelings 4. Talked too much with a leader or officer so you annoyed them 5. Didn't move when an officer told you to; it doesn't matter if you have no in-game energy,…
  • So you rate their performance as totalitarian. I take it that somebody got banned again.

  • You sound like a broken record, trying to hammer this idea that all concerns are valid. It is like saying that the concerns of the flat earthers are valid. It is the content of the concerns that make them valid, not the who. In the end, it is just a distraction, diverting people's attention from the real issue. The real…
  • I find it interesting that the community to date do not think that alliance A has a chance, being shutout 22 to nothing so far after 22 votes in. I can see why the women basketball lovers thinks its pointless. Each member of alliance A top 5 heroes average 6k. This means the remaining 11 heroes on the roster average (88 -…
  • I take it that your alliance has no plans in accepting any new members 10 days before the AW season ends. And yes, I fully understand that not every alliance plays 3 battle groups. Some only play 1 or 2 BGs and that these alliances would have a need to shuffle players around in order to comply with your 5 AW participation…
  • If you wish to limit the target to less skilled people only, then the percentage is probably less than 50%. That is just a guess since no actual public data exists. But if you don't limit your target at all, then it is much higher than 50%. Much higher. It only takes 1 person out of 30 to share their account. So if all 100…
  • There was a crystal simply called "hero crystal". The top prize in that was the 3-star hero. I never saw the crystal myself. I only saw it mentioned in an old post in the old forum when I first joined. The post said the crystal was being removed from the game. The post didn't mention why it was removed (or I simply don't…
  • You need to simplify this. People who create and/or spread what we now call "fake news" (but in the old days, we call these "lies") will never understand this. These are the type of "people" who believe that if you flip a coin a thousand times, you will never gets tails twice in a row. It will always be head, tails, head,…
