I try to do R4 based on class against my existing — so I have 3 R4s of Cosmic, Science, Mystic, and Tech — and 2 Mutant and 1 Skill. Beardo is the move here IMO unless you're a Quaker. For your level and progress I think he helps the most.

This is complicated — I have Havok and Sunspot as 6* and prefer Sunspot, but neither are awakened. I can tell you my next R2 will be Sunspot (only have 1 now and that's Guillotine 2099).
