for some reason, i am not receiving notifications about new messages. i have to manually search each friend to see if they messaged me. why? i get the kabam issued mail perfectly. whats up?

    Even putting messages in main (or BG) chats sometimes do not appear. In order to see if your message went into the main or BG Chat you have to exit game and come back in. Unclear whether other people are able to see your message or if they would have to exit/enter game as well like sender does.

    Might only be happening when an AQ/AW is actually running (which is most of the time, lol)

    The issue with notifications not displaying is a Known Issue that we are currently investigating.
