There's wrongful ban waves going on currently. Kabam admitted to numerous similar issues going on currently on an email to an alliance mate of which I have pictures of the standard email verbage.
Kabam on this instance, has violated its own TOS by punishing a member for one approved refund over 1 year ago (evidence also submitted to kabam) and a refund that due to a mistake from Kabam. The TOS states the statute of limitations is 1 year for things related to refunds. Kabam has violated its own rules on this. Was it intentional? No, I dont believe Kabam did it intentionally, but supports the assumption that the majority of all cases brought onto customer support is not reviewed by Human specialists unless the ai deems it appropriate.
