It’s been 1 week and no from support has reached out. All I got was “ A specialist will contact you soon.” Any advice?

  • Please be patient with our team, especially during the holidays. They are doing their best to get back to you in a timely manner. I would recommend waiting. Sending another ticket only causes the queue to get longer.
