Known Issue: [Abyss of Legends] Hulk (Ragnarok): All Attacks Unblockable under 25%

Summoners,
We are aware of a bug with the Abyss of Legends Hulk (Ragnarok) encounter. Currently, all of his Attacks are unblockable while he is under 25% health, and not just his Special Attacks, as it says in his Ability Description. We are investigating the cause of this Bug, and will let you all know when we have a fix coming.
We will evaluate the impact after the bug has been fixed, and then compensate those affected, but this step comes after fixing the problem.
