**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Purchase Issue

I bought the daily 6 star shard card. I went to go buy the 5 star one and it shows I have no Google play balance. I logged into Google play and have money, I know, I just added a card. I did a restart on the game, no funds. I did a restart on my phone, no funds. I can't buy anything at all in this game but can in others. What's up?

    Now it's showing I can buy other deals but not the 5 star deal.

  • Hey there, sorry to hear about this. Generally, for account-specific issues, our Support Team is best equipped to look into things. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". In this case though, if the issue is occurring with your Google Play account, you may need to get in contact with their Support Team instead.
