No holiday crystal shards from quest

Hello there.

Haven't got crystal shards from side quest this month.
Screens:






As is seen only one quest completed, but no shards are available. Do not know go do it further or what?

    There was briefly an issue where some were not getting their Shards from finishing the quest, but it should be working properly now. We are working on getting Shards out to anyone who is missing them by next week.
