What's the deal with the PHC timer.

Just noticed the the PHC has a timer going down to the 31th. Why? There's no deal its the same prices.

Wondering that myself. There's also a timer for golden crystals.
These crystals are not in the gifting event so there's no reason for the expiry timer.
