  I know there is an open thread but nothings being said, it’s like everyone’s just having the weekend off like there isn’t an issue, even Apple stores are advising us to uninstall the game and not even risk it, these phones cost about a grand these days! That’s a month of work to some people!
  
  Please let us know what’s going on! What steps are you taking to sort it out?
  
  Don’t mean to rant, but it’s a serious issue, I mean what if I chanced it and my sons sat on my knee watching me open crystals, and the phone explodes? Yeah it’s highly unlikely, but overheating issues can cause that!

Having all of the information in one place helps our team to sort through it easier, which also helps us to resolve issues more quickly. This is also the place where we will provided updates for everyone as they become available.
