Lagging on every game mode

Due to the nonstop lagging I haven't been able to complete this months uncollected quest, I've used close to 1000 units on revives and I still couldn't compete it. Also I haven't been able to do dungeons because of the lagging. I only have 6570 artifacts so I can't purchase a 5* anymore... my question is what are you guys going to do about this and the fact that a large amount of players are missing out on rewards?
