Summoners, we are aware of an issue where the Summoner Sigil's Golden Circle Quest is not available to all players. We are continuing to investigate this. We will be sure to compensate for any missed Gold once we have fixed the issue.

If this is a bug, this will not be fair for those attempting legends runs. If I attempt one and then they patch this after, that could save minutes off a total time attack run.

what about fighting corvus, if attacks can’t be critical when glanced, but all of corvus’ attacks are critical, what will happen?
