Summoners, we are aware of an issue where the Summoner Sigil's Golden Circle Quest is not available to all players. We are continuing to investigate this. We will be sure to compensate for any missed Gold once we have fixed the issue.

People need to understand that phc are for new players .. it's a way for them to expand their roster gradually... If you have completed or working on act 4 and are above level 40 .. you shouldn't be complaining about not getting that many 4* from phcs ... those are the most basic crystals you can get..
