Hi. I have been trying to change my account password by following the normal procedure but I did not get any email for the reset code.
Upon contacting Kabam support, I was asked to provide them with the 5 piece of information needed. (ACC name,...etc)
As to the 2 question where it says to give your first two purchase date. WHAT IF YOU NEVER PURCHASED? I tried telling them but they keep asking the same thing. What do I do now?
