The Hood - Is this expected behavior?

I've noticed that heavy attacks reliably charge his bullets. Seems like it's around 3 to 5 for every heavy attack you land and it's pretty easy to build up to max.

It says nothing about this in his description.

Is this normal?

    You know when you throw the sp2 and don’t have enough bullets you will load some as well... that also might be unintended

    I just tested an awakened 3* hood and unawakened 4* hood. Seems like awakened hood gains the 3 bullets on heavy/knockdown whereas the unawakened hood does not.

    It’s because of stagger. You’re staggering him and you get multiple bullets from it being removed.

    The 3 bullets being granted are from knocking down the opponent most likely a different bug (not confirmed). the regen is separate and is confirmed as a bug

    Same. I'm hoping that they just forgot to add the bullets on heavy/knockdown to his awakened ability description, as it'd make him much more viable in buffless matchups.
