Nerfing and buffing characters should trigger rank tickets

What are your thoughts about kabam having the power to nerf and buff champs but not give us the power to adjust to these changes fairly? Would it be asking too much to make rank up/down tickets a resource where ever these events occur? Units or money can be spent to obtain them. It would make the game more fair to the players for once and also force kabam to be more selective and careful with their nerfing and buffing. The end result would be players having more control of their roster since it's completely random how they acquire most of the champs. More players would get used and the separation would make it easier for kabam to learn who people are using and who they are not. Think of it like adding and dropping in fantasy sports. The trends would be much easier to monitor.

    @ShiiiiiiiiiD Can you list which characters have been nerfed since 12? GP was an exploit. Mordo a slight change, so you would get a RDT to use on him ONLY, no-one else. Apart from them, cant think any time this has happened for your idea to kick-in?
