Elsa crystal missing 6 star champions!
I got some of the new Elsa crystals and the crystals are the wrong ones. The ones I received don't have any 6 stars! I got 20 of them and didn't see a single one. Fix this. Even the graphic says 3 to 5 stars! But the notification said get the 6 star Elsa now!

AQ scores and rewards incorrect
We have 100% day 5 and day 4 across all 3 BGs in AQ this week. On day 3 Bg1 and bg3 100%. However when you look at the completion pierce Tage it's showing 83% for the days they were 100%. Our score is greatly effected by this and our crystals are not being given either.

War rating dropped tier dropped significantly
Last war This is our current info Why did our war rating drop so much after a win? Also why did we drop 4 tiers after a win in war also?

Nerfing and buffing characters should trigger rank tickets
What are your thoughts about kabam having the power to nerf and buff champs but not give us the power to adjust to these changes fairly? Would it be asking too much to make rank up/down tickets a resource where ever these events occur? Units or money can be spent to obtain them. It would make the game more fair to the…
