Yep happens a lot also to me, you have to get out and in again, but it’s annoying. However among the many bugs it’s the less harmful.

Let me guess, crashed out on one of the fights and restarting the game continued you in arena?
Then it does this after the three rounds.
Yes, a bug. One that occurs when your glutei maximus (and maybe streak) were saved by the game resetting your fight. Like Superman69 said:
Back out, enter arena again.
