Why isn't Gamora a 5 star champion?

I mean like all the other guardians of the galaxy are in there. Where is Gamora? I'd rather have Gamora in the pool than Groot.

Even if shes “not that bad”, she’s still not good. Personal preferences aside, nobody is excited to pull Gamora anymore.
