Emergency Maintenance and loss of Hank Pym canisters

Okay so I had started the normal difficulty for the hank Pym canister event. I spent 125,000k for 1 run for the normal event then the game went down and when the game finally started up again, I had lost out on the rewards from doing the normal difficulty. Is there any way I can get compensation for it?? I mean I didn't know there was "emergency maintenance" out of nowhere.

I paid $20 to be able to do master and the game crashed and by the time it was up my quest was tied out, I submitted a ticket but haven't heard from support yet. I hope they do the right thing
