PS was incredibly weakened after V12 and I'm still not sure if Kabam cares. Yeah yeah, I know on paper y'all have said it actually increases the amount of damage reduced by a flat amount, but the fact that armor under V12's DR can be almost entirely negated by regular crit hits without PS, for most champs, shows it's weaker. I don't think that's really a debate, so are you guys planning at all to tweak it still?

    We all wasted our money long term. It's utterly useless and they have refused to comment for months other than to say they are looking into it.
