Bullseye really does have a lot of counters, he just doesn’t have a ton of tactic counters. OP, the answer to a bullseye on Shock/Bleed hazard shift is Havok. If I had to guess, the compensation for this will be the awarding of the point the player expected to earn by completing the objective as written. Its much harder to figure out how many items were used by each player affected than it is to just find those players and send them a point.

Nobody’s mentioned the White Mags prefight that gives a huge portion of the champs in the game a passive stun. Bullseye can’t shrug that. Use it with any bleed immune champ and you’re good to go. White Mags himself is bleed immune 🤷🏻♂️
