In my inventory, in the “other” section I have a bunch of stuff I can’t use or sell (holiday gift, accolades cards,etc) there should be an option where I can trade this stuff in for champions, units, something. But instead I have the same items just sitting in my inventory for 3 years plus and I can’t do anything with them

Event quest doesn't unlock elder difficulty automatically
So I just finished my solo coliseum crossbones. Wanted to spend remaining energy while waiting on event quest, and as I heard on Kabam stream Elder difficulty should be unlocked automatically for Valiant players. It's not for some reason: Did I misheard maybe, and it's a feature coming in future, or it's definitely a bug?
Store bundle
So I bought a bundle from store it gives valiant crystal each day. After day 7 its disappeared off my account any idea what's happened.
