yes GW, hard work for Kabam should be prioritised over doing what’s right for their community 🙄

First thing kabam needs to do is hire new people to check on things before releasing them in game, I can't understand how this type of things still happen, like come on I can't believe they have no one to check on things before the official release in game and if there's someone then this person isn't good at their job lol

If this had been part of a sale, or gave more stuff than described, they would shut down the server and start clawing back everything they are able to claw back.

Crystals are the bread and butter of this game and they are becoming careless with it. The scale of this mistake is not even close to the Zola one. They found some BS cope.out on the Zola Titan crystal issue, not sure what they will be able to do with this situation.

Bottom line is you would think after this horrible year and a big sale, they would actually start caring a bit more, not continue making silly avoidable mistakes.

Everyone should get one selector if they opened atleast 1 Crystal, + another selector for every 10 champs.

They create a system that has impossible defenders and then sell the solutions. Then they repeat the mistake of last titan crystal wasting summoners shards they have saved for months. This is crazy and feels deliberate at this point. How do you not test

For compensation, I think those who opened crystals during the bug should get 3 free 7* Red Hulks.

Here’s the real question I have: Is it going to be a situation where the players who did open when the update wasn’t active get to keep all of the things they opened PLUS get an equivalent amount of compensation, which would essentially be the same amount of shards/crystals?

I am not a hater. Not at all. I don’t mind when Kabam lets people keep a few items here and there.

But how do you do that when someone opened like 30 or more crystals? 300K shards or more?

You can’t let players keep all of what they opened AND give them equivalent compensation when we’re talking, what…10 crystals or more? That would actually affect game balance
