Thoughts on the Doctor Strange rework?
Definitely one of the safest and fun champs, with all the special spamming, utility and buff control, with good damage. I think he'll be a good option for everest content as well with his ramp up. Plus he's surprisingly versatile even outside of buff heavy matchups This is a 6* R1 vs ROL Winter Soldier
