ESSENTIA UPDATES, COMPENSATION, AND R.E.R
Greetings Summoners,
As of last night, the Trade-In bundles for Essentia have all had their limits increased further. This update is now live in-game.
The price for Raid Tickets using Essentia has also been heavily decreased. For Summoners who purchased Raid Tickets with Essentia before the price was adjusted, the surplus of currency used to purchase the incorrectly priced item will be sent via compensation within the next few days. Also, for Summoners who encountered an issue with Empowered Crystals in the Event Quest last week, the Team is working on getting those missing Crystals to you as well.
A reminder that next week, the Battlegrounds and Glory Stores will be turned back on for 1 month to accommodate a smoother transition to Essentia.
We're aware that some Summoners who were holding the previous week's Glory had those resources expire on Monday; because of this, we're going to send 6,000 Glory to accommodate this issue to all Paragon+ Summoners, alongside the stores coming back online.
The Mysterium store is also being retuned, and will be built to reflect updated quantities for legacy items within the coming days.
Additionally, many Summoners have received another R.E.R. package yesterday containing Ascension materials for Spider-Man (Pavitr Prabhakar), Doctor Strange, Spider-Slayer (J. Jonah Jameson), and M'baku, along with more Super Duper Shards. As a reminder, more R.E.R. packages are still on the way - including one for all 7-Star Lizards pulled between November and March 12th at 10am PST, and a final Champion package for Blue Marvel that will arrive after his Crystal run concludes.
As for your Max Sig Titan pulls, keep in mind that for the time being, additional shards earned from these Champion pulls will still be sent via R.E.R, but we're looking to have those increased Shards implemented immediately in-game soon!
