Good afternoon, Kabam. I'm having bugs with my account. My Play Games email and my Kabam account are linked, but the items I get for free in the MCOC online store, including the code to receive a Guardian of 6 or 7 stars, don't make it to my account. I would like to receive my winnings in my account. Thank you in advance.
Mini Crucible completed but no rewards?
Anybody know who i need to contact if i (finally) beat the last part of minicrucible but didnt get reward? Thanks in advance!
Rebirth points not showing up
Did anyone else have an issue of their crucible rebirth points not adding to the milestone total? I should be at the 2,000 mark for the rebirth token, but my last like 100 points haven't been added to the counter
Valiant daily crystals are gone
I got valiant about 2 weeks ago and since then there hasn't been any valiant daily login crystals. Is it bugged or am I missing something?
Prestige question
I understand that prestige is now the average of your top 30 champs, but any idea why my rating per champ is significantly lowered? From 38k on an R4 silk to 28k for example
Jean Grey has no visible uncanny with new update
It appears to be working fine, but visibly the lowered amounts are not showing.
Relic event rewards bugged
Bro I spent like 2500 units on this damn relic event, and it won’t even let me claim all the milestone rewards.. any help? This is f**ked up, especially when you work so hard to get the units and don’t even get any milestone rewards. Help would be appreciated, thank you.
Daily quests not available today
Anybody seeing same ? There are no daily quests today at all.
Top 30 champions prestige calculation error
There is some error in prestige calculation . I calculated my prestige of top 30 champions and my prestige is 21172 but showing 19560 on account . @Kabam Miike
AW Not Cancelled But Ranking Is Locked
So if the ranking is locked, why the reason season is continue? Changing tier map? So if my ally lost or win, ratings still the same, right, and so I don't want to waste my resoucers like pots
