Medusa hitbox issues
Medusa appears to have some frame or hitbox issues. When she dashes forward and you dash back she will catch you with the next hit which appears to reach far beyond what her hitbox should be.
Constant Mystic Awakening Germ
Hi Kabam, is there a bug with the 7* awakening germ pull? I have accumulated over 70K of the 7* awakening germ crystal shards and all I’ve gotten is the mystic awakening germ, 7 times in a row. Please can you look into my account before I pull my next 7* awakening germ? Thank you!

Ive bought and opened 15 SBCs giving me the guaranteed jubilee crystal. Each crystal bought and opened is 400 points combined. By this i should have minimum 6000 event points to my understanding as i have also opened some of the other smaller crystals and free crystals received from rewards. I however only have 4900 points…
Taken Sidequest Bug?
I am unable to finish the taken sidequest because I don’t have any of the 2* skill champions that are required to finish it. Can someone please tell me if this is being fixed in some way?
Alliance banquet contributions
