Ive met the minimum ammount of points, my ally has met the points, ive been apart of my ally for well over 2 months and i still cant claim the jubie
I can't claim a prize from the alliance banquet, please help
Missing Title

I currently have 7355 points in the banquet but I can’t claim my next 3 alliance milestones even tho I meet the requirements

Spent 6000 units after black out period and still can't claim alliance rewards
I had waited 14 days thru black out period and spent 6000 units to receive alliance banquet rewards, and can't claim them. Major disappointment yet again. Hope it gets fixed before the event is over.
Can’t claim banquet rewards
My alliances just completed the bigger things event and we’d like to open our crystals before banquet ends but we can’t claim our rewards.
Root didn't proc in AW
So I was performing my fight in AW against Kindred with Okoye, and I was fighting him on node 7 and staying far away but the root didn't proc. Does ensnare affect passives as well from preventing roots and if so then the description is wrong.
