Did not get the Awakening Shards reward after reaching the 12 hours milestone on Twitch
I completed the 12 hours streaming milestone and claimed the rewards. I got the final PRG selector but did not get the final 7S Awakening Gem Shards. I restarted Twitch but could not claim it again. Also restarted MCOC twice but it did not populate.

Regarding 7 star Compensation
I opened 34 - 7 star crystals and didn’t get any new champs. When the compensation came in I didn’t receive any Crystal shards. When i raised a ticket they told me that i open on 10:51 and 10:52 AM pst (how convenient). What if i loaded the crystal before and opened them at stated time. FYI cutoff 10:50 AM. Can you please…

Hello. I can't seem to get rewards from Twitch. I've linked everything on the website and Twitch, and I'm using my login. I see rewards in the drop menu, but not in the game. What should I do?
11th year calendar
I don’t know if this has happened to any other people but it seems that the 11-year celebration calendar just isn’t appearing for me. Is there anything I can do to do about it or is it just a rip?
The award is wrong for the anniversary
I just received a message giving me a title based on how long I've been playing the game. The game told me it was 6 years old, but that's a blatant lie. I only left a review in 2016, so maybe I played even earlier. I'm disappointed.
