Purgatory bugged ?
So I was using purgatory for bg and I decided to do a sell round and I’m pretty sure I had no extra prowess and I one shotted yelena. Not hacking btw but I didn’t know if this was normal or not so just checking

Have any of you had trouble redeeming the 7/5* Solvarch and 7/5*Lumatrix I have more than enough to purchase both in my inventory but when I try to buy them it tells I have 0. I have 28 lumatrix and I forget how much solvarch I may have switch.
Loyalty crystal still has a timer after update
Hey Kabam, If I'm not mistaken, didn't you guys say the loyalty timer was going to be removed in the December update? If so, I think it's bugged.

Unable to play incursion
I am unable to play incursion. When i try to open it, It is showing connection lost. I dont understand why. Are there anyone like me who are facing this issue?
Founders Saga event going on

Compensation for 7* crystals
Anyone know when we will be getting our 7* crystal compensation. I opened 12 7* crystals 5 minutes into the new crystals drop and didnt see 1 new champ. We were told we would get a 1:1 crystal compensation. When is that happening? Thanks
