I collected goblin crystals for absolutely nothing

How do we get specific champion tokens?
Pulled Strange from Titan, but I thought we would also get ascension level 1 materials. I can buy mystic tokens in the sigil store, but cant find any champion specific tokens Any advise comrades? Cheers
