What would be the best team comp for these two acts?

have some good options and jus need help just beat 8.4 and don’t know who will benefit me the most
Help choosing 3 more 6* to take to r4
Im at 6.2.6 if that helps. I already have Jean and doom at R4. I was thinking yelena and sinister next? Then I don’t know who. Do I wait to see who else I get before choosing a fifth maybe? I should have my first 7* in about a week I think.

Mastery setup advice
I just started a new load out. I’m down to the last 10 mastery points. I’m thinking I should save 4 for mystic dispersion? But not sure what to do with the other 6. I have no clue how/when I’ll get any carb cores so I don’t see the point in saving points for those unlocks.
