Question regarding the hero's rating.
Good day all of you. Guys i have a question. I want ask about the champions when they are the same champ and same level, same maximum signature ability but the hero rating is higher then. Specially when playing battleground?! Could you tell me why and how to increase the hero rating?! Thanks

I'm in 6.1.5 now, very close to cavelier. I have an awakened 5*r4 herc now, i was going to rank him up to r5 but suddenly i got blessed with a 6* nick fury. I have the resources to rank up either herc to r5 or nick to r2 or an apoc, who do i pick? My goal is to reach cav.
