Exqueeze me? Can't tank sp3s? Those 3 invulnerability charges he gets EVERY TIME he fires off an sp2 (plus the 3 to start with BPCW synergy) means he can eat them sp3s early and often. Best use of him is to fire off an sp2 and slap the **** out of your opponent to trigger the sp3 - then beat them some more and repeat till opponent is muerto.

I have only 4 t4cc for skill
If i r3 killmonger, i have quite a while to wait to r4 him

GP's bleed-to-debuff-reapply ability if really useful, especially with sp2. If you play your cards right, you can potentially stop the defender from using specials for the rest of the fight. Just make sure you have deep wounds if you're looking to invest in either of these characters.

But have it set only to 3 now due to my new mastery setup

Then I'd say definitely go gp. Deep wounds with sp2 is killer. Sp3 is good for high def defenders too.

Duped GP is a boss-killer, KM is a path clearer, whichever you need most I'd say.
