Starting journey for uncollected

Please give tips for my journey to become uncollected .
My top 5 champs are 5 star rank 2 killmonger and wasp ,4 star rank 4 magik, Hyperion and spider stark enhance.
Current lvl is 46 .
I have seen many on global who are uncollected with rank 4 4 star champs and lvl less than me .
