MCOC Intercepting Mechanics have been broken/bugged for months. Kabam acknowledged a past thread I made on this topic in May. Unfortunately not much has changed since then. The following clip was taken during an Epic Occult Labs run today:

The above video clearly shows Dr. Voodoo's left arm making contact with Storm's right leg. Instead of Dr. Voodoo intercepting Storm's dash attack, he gets hit. I posted about this bug this past May, that thread can be seen here:
