Always open old champion

Dear kabam you think I'm not deserve any new champion, In my alliance every one open new champion but when i opened any crystal there is only old champion
Why ?

My alliance member play only 54 level he has
1-Archangel dupe 4 and 5 star
2-ice man 4 star
3 dr.voodoo... dupe 5 star
4 gwen pool 4 star and 5 star dupe
5 he open 5 star Domino and 4 star open min 4 time



He has mostly god tire champion and other popular champion

What is the problem with my account ???
