When is ghost being added to the 6 star basic crystal

I recently became uncollected (in August and will be around 9k shards by the end of this month) I’m wondering when will ghost be coming to the basic and if so is it worth waiting for her to come or just open it as soon as I can

    She will hit basic in about 58 days, 6 hours and 58 minutes.

    Since you will have have 1/60 shot to get her...go with your gut if you should pull and improve your team as soon as you can or wait for her

    1.1k from the August event 2.5k from the September one 2.5k from act 5 completion and now the October event quest @Supremeguy95
