Parry stunned Psylock's heavy

So Psylock charged her heavy, I dodged her first part, then she was doing the dash part of her heavy. I failed to get a double dash back to dodge the full dash forward, so I thought... well sh*t, I guess I'll just block. To my amazement, blocking the dash part of her heavy actually parry stunned her.

Is this a bug? I have never seen a heavy attack get parried and proc a stun.

    Heavy can b parried too with right timing. It is not a bug.

    Wanted to add that this happens ONLY if you have SYG and it activates on the heavy
